Our international network is made up of 300 ICF and EMCC accredited coaches, supplemented counsellors, and qualified psychotherapists.
Operating worldwide in 22 languages, with business practitioners coaching across 18 industries, we provide tailored support for individual needs at large scale.

Our faculty
We’ve worked hard to create a fabulous 300-strong global coaching community. Most coaches come to us with ICF or EMCC accreditation, before being trained and supervised in our 30-minute coaching conversation methodology, which is itself validated by the EMCC.
We keep standards high through the platform’s feedback loops, and we offer ongoing training through our regular masterclasses.

As well as the ability to work flexibly from home at a time that suits you, you’ll get access to new types of client and opportunities for ongoing personal development.
At the current time, we’re only looking for coaches that work in English as a second language, who are actively working in another primary language.
