One of the world’s largest FMCGs needed Thrive’s help to achieve this. We initially began with coaching the high performers group. Offering one-to-one 30-minute coaching conversations, we provided access to a range of skills, knowledge and expertise so that each employee could get their specific development requirements met.
We then scaled this with prioritised female talent who were on track for promotion. Supporting these high performers and coaching them to embed the learning received from leadership development programmes.
